Period Absence at Temporary Work Headquarters: In the event employee is assigned to temporary work headquarters and overnight absence is required, three days' notice will be given, Notice will not be required where emergent conditions exist.
Employees will be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses associated with being assigned to the Temporary Work Headquarters.
