temporary stall definition

temporary stall means stalls used by or on behalf of recognised non profit charities and community groups, school fairs and the like for the sale of food during a recognised community event. The determination of this definition shall be at the sole discretion of the General Manager.
temporary stall means a stall which is in place for a limited time only, being not more than six months continuously or consecutively, or in varying periods which together total six months or less over a 12 month permit period.
