Temporary Global Class R Note definition
Temporary Global Class R Note is defined in Section 4.2.
Temporary Global Class R Note as the case may be, and collectively the “Temporary Global Series 2019-2 Notes”), substantially in the form set forth in Exhibits ▇-▇, ▇-▇, ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and E-2 which shall be deposited on behalf of the purchasers of such Class of the Series 2019-2 Notes represented thereby with a custodian for, and registered in the name of a nominee of DTC, for the account of Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V., as operator of the Euroclear System, or for Clearstream Banking, société anonyme, duly executed by ABRCF and authenticated by the Trustee in the manner set forth in Section 2.4 of the Base Indenture. Interests in each Temporary Global Series 2019-2 Note will be exchangeable, in whole or in part, for interests in one or more permanent global notes in registered form without interest coupons (each, a “Permanent Global Class A Note”, a “Permanent Global Class B Note”, a “Permanent Global Class C Note”, a “Permanent Global Class D Note” or a “Permanent Global Class R Note”, as the case may be, and collectively the “Permanent Global Series 2019-2 Notes”), substantially in the form of Exhibits ▇-▇, ▇-▇, ▇-▇, ▇-▇ and E-3 in accordance with the provisions of such Temporary Global Series 2019-2 Note and the Base Indenture (as modified by this Supplement). Interests in a Permanent Global Series 2019-2 Note will be exchangeable for a definitive Series 2019-2 Note in accordance with the provisions of such Permanent Global Series 2019-2 Note and the Base Indenture (as modified by this Supplement).
