Temporary Allocation definition

Temporary Allocation means the water allocation issued by a Regulating Water Authority to a Water Entitlement and available for trade by way of assignment in the current water year / season. Permanent Entitlement means a water entitlement / right issued in perpetuity by a relevant State Authority. Water Product means Temporary Allocation, Forward Al- location, Permanent Entitlement, Annual Use Limit and Site Use Approval. This definition may include additional water products with notification to the Customer. Water Year means the period from 1 July to 30 June.
Temporary Allocation means the right to access a volume of water for use or trade in the water year (1 July to 30 June); Sell Order means an offer to sell a Water Product through the Site on the terms specified in the Sell Order; Seller means the Customer that has initiated a Sell Order to sell a Water Product through the Site; Service means the provision and operation of a clearing and settlement exchange for the trading of Water Products via the Site in accordance with this Agreement; Trade or Trading means the sale or purchase of a Water Product made using the Site; Water Product means any product sold on the Site including but not limited to Temporary Allocation, forward allocation, call options, carryover capacity and permanent entitlements; WEX means WEX Water Pty Ltd (ACN 615 100 206); and WEX Processing Fee means the amount charged by WEX to the Customer for processing and settlement of a Trade of a Water Product as specified in the Schedule to this Agreement.

Examples of Temporary Allocation in a sentence

  • Assignment and Transfer of Temporary Allocation Inclusion of Temporary Allocation Unless otherwise indicated in Item 3 of the Items Schedule, this Agreement does not include any assignment of Temporary Allocation announced or applicable to the Water Entitlement prior to the date of Registration.

  • The Parties acknowledge and agree that for the purchase and sale of Water Products (other than Temporary Allocation), the Parties are required to enter into a further agreement to govern the terms of the purchase and sale of such Water Products.

  • If a volume of Temporary Allocation (in addition to the Water Entitlement) is specified in Item 3 of the Items Schedule, the parties agree that a volume of Temporary Allocation is to be transferred from the Seller to the Buyer prior to Completion and: the Purchase Price includes full consideration for the nominated volume of Temporary Allocation to be transferred to the Buyer.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that once a Buy or Sell Order for Temporary Allocation is Matched on the Site it creates a binding agreement on the Buyer and Seller to complete the Trade.

Related to Temporary Allocation

  • Regulatory Allocations shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.3.A(viii).

  • Initial Allocation means the conditional setting aside by MBOH of HCs from a particular year’s federal LIHTC allocation to the state for purposes of later Carryover Commitment and/or Final Allocation to a particular Project, as documented by and subject to the requirements and conditions set forth in a written Reservation Agreement, the Applicable QAP and federal law.

  • Allocations means any and all of the allocations described in Sections 1.3(a), 1.3(b), 1.3(c) and 1.3(d) hereof.

  • Required Allocations means (a) any limitation imposed on any allocation of Net Losses or Net Termination Losses under Section 6.1(b) or 6.1(c)(ii) and (b) any allocation of an item of income, gain, loss or deduction pursuant to Section 6.1(d)(i), 6.1(d)(ii), 6.1(d)(iv), 6.1(d)(vii) or 6.1(d)(ix).

  • Final Allocation has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.
