Technoloy definition

Technoloy means public and nonpublic technical or other information, trade secrets, know-how, processes, formulations, concepts, ideas, preclinical, clinical, pharmacological or other data and testing results, experimental methods, or results, descriptions, business or scientific plans, depictions, customer lists and any other written, printed or electronically stored materials, and any and all other intellectual property, including patents, patent applications, trademarks and trademark applications of any nature whatsoever.
