Technically Compatible definition

Technically Compatible includes, but is not limited to, the understanding that the Fiber Network will not be used in any way that will interfere with the signal quality and the normal operation of the Subscriber Network.
Technically Compatible has the meaning given in Section 2.1. “Telecommunications ” means the transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user’s choosing, without change in the form or content of the information as sent and received.
