Technical Assets definition

Technical Assets shall have the meaning as defined in the APA.
Technical Assets refers to all product formulas, technologies and processes developed and perfected by Party A and Party A’s designated parties.
Technical Assets means valid issued patents, patent applications and patent applications in process, trademarks, trademark applications, copyrights, copyright applications, licensed technical information of others, research and development data and notebooks, operating guidelines and conditions, know how and any other proprietary information or intangible assets of a technical nature.

Technical Assets means Nautilus’ data, technical information, know-how and trade secrets existing (in any medium) at the Virginia Facility as of the Closing, excluding the Manhattan Project, as understood by the Parties, which will be the subject of a patent application by Nautilus.

  • Physical Assets means equity securities, debt securities, fixed income securities and units in exchanged traded funds.
