TEA Override definition

TEA Override means that override granted by that certain Override Agreement by and between Operator and HTX Capital, LLC dated the 20th day of January, 2010.
TEA Override has the meaning specified in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • Redevelopment Law means Article VIII, Section 12 of the Constitution of the State and Chapter 18, Article 21, Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska, as amended.

  • Texas Grant Management Standards or “TxGMS” means uniform grant and contract administration procedures, developed under the authority of Chapter 783 of the Texas Government Code, to promote the efficient use of public funds in local government and in programs requiring cooperation among local, state, and federal agencies. Under this Grant Agreement, TxGMS applies to Grantee except as otherwise provided by applicable law or directed by System Agency. Additionally, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, in the event of a conflict between TxGMS and applicable federal or state law, federal law prevails over state law and state law prevails over TxGMS.

  • Area Plan means the document submitted by the AAA to DSHS for approval every four years, with updates every two years, which sets forth goals, measurable objectives, outcomes, units of service, and identifies the planning, coordination, administration, social services and evaluation of activities to be undertaken by the AAA to carry out the purposes of the Older Americans Act, the Social Security Act, the Senior Citizens Services Act, or any other statute for which the AAA receives funds.

  • Development Well means a well drilled inside the established limits of an oil or gas reservoir, or in close proximity to the edge of the reservoir, to the depth of a stratigraphic horizon known to be productive.

  • Vote Limited Member means any Member who beneficially owns 5% or more of the outstanding Class A shares (excluding Masterworks Shares) submits a Vote Limit Certificate to the Board which designates such Member as a Vote Limited Member, either separately or jointly with one or more other Members.

  • JV Agreement each partnership or limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement) between a North American Group Member or one of its Subsidiaries and the relevant JV Partner as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Class B Limited Partner means any Person executing (by power of attorney or otherwise) this Agreement as of the date hereof as a Class B Limited Partner or hereafter admitted to the Partnership as a Class B Limited Partner as herein provided, but shall not include any Person who has ceased to be a Class B Limited Partner in the Partnership.

  • MLP Agreement means the First Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Mentor-Protégé Agreement means an agreement between a prime and MBE or WBE subcontractor pursuant to MCC 2-92-535, that is approved by the City of Chicago and complies with all requirements of MCC 2-92-535 and any rules and regulations promulgated by the Chief Procurement Officer.

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • CPUC Decisions means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000 and any other existing or subsequent decisions, resolutions or rulings related to resource adequacy, as may be amended from time to time by the CPUC.
