When the Seller employee departs, Seller will relay departure information to the cognizant DLA Intelligence Personnel Security Office and the Trusted Agent (TA) that entered the individual into the Trusted Associated Sponsorship System (TASS), so appropriate databases can be updated.
Failure to pay said fees shall relieve TASS from any obligation to provide service to this Development.

The Parties hereby amend the FWA TASS, by the elimination of Airspan’s obligation, set forth in Section 1.2 of the FWA TASS, to provide the Software Enhancement Releases in 2005 and in the subsequent years.
