Task Contract definition

Task Contract means the written agreement concluded between QinetiQ and the Customer in accordance with the procedure set out in Clause 3, including the Specification and all plans, drawings and other documents that are expressly incorporated into it; and
Task Contract means a separate contract which is formed between a Client and a Provider for Services. The standard terms of which are included in Appendix A to the Agreement apply to Task Contracts unless specifically excluded and apply in addition to any other agreed terms between the parties. To the extent of any inconsistency, terms explicitly agreed between the parties will prevail.

  • Clients and Professionals have complete discretion in deciding whether they should enter into the Task Contract and also deciding conditions of the Task Contract.

  • The Do-vee must provide the services or goods to the Hey-er in accordance with the Task Contract, unless the services, goods or transaction is prohibited by law, by this Agreement, an agreement between the User and a Third Party Provider or by any of our Policies.

  • You agree not to enter into any contractual provisions in a Task Contract that conflict with this Agreement.
