Target Resolution definition

Target Resolution means estimated amount of time to provide a work around or other resolution. Target Resolution means the elapsed time from the time Provider's technical support receives notification from the Client of an error until Provider provides a fix or a workaround, provided it has no adverse effect on the Service and a permanent fix is provided as soon as possible thereafter.
