Target Portfolio definition

Target Portfolio means the portfolio of securities, cash and other assets identified by the Client and/or the Receiving Managers to be created through the Transition.
Target Portfolio means the portfolio of Securities, cash, and other assets identified by IPOPIF, or by the investment manager(s) retained by the IPOPIF, to be managed by the investment manager(s) receiving Account assets.
Target Portfolio means the list of investment Securities or assets to be held at the end of the Transition in the IPOPIF Account, defined as the Verified Buy List in Exhibit A-4.

  • In addition, no gain or loss should be recognized by the Target Portfolio on the distribution of such Acquiring Portfolio shares to the shareholders of the Target Portfolio (in liquidation of the Target Portfolio).

  • Current Portfolio At any time, the portfolio of Collateral Obligations and Cash and Eligible Investments representing Principal Proceeds (determined in accordance with Section 1.3 to the extent applicable), then held by the Issuer.
