Target Delivery Time definition

Target Delivery Time means the Order arrival time displayed to the Customer on the Platform. “Term” means the period from the Commencement Date until the termination or expiry of the Agreement for whatever reason.

Related to Target Delivery Time

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.

  • First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.

  • Calling Number Delivery means a feature that enables an End User to view the directory number of the calling party on a display unit.

  • Share Delivery Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(c)(ii).

  • Initial Delivery Date has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(d).
