Target Analysis definition

Target Analysis has the meaning given in Section 2.d.
Target Analysis has the meaning given in Section 2.d. ccc. “Terminated Program” has the meaning given in Section 2.j.

  • In addition to the payment requirements, on a monthly basis, Subrecipient shall accurately and timely submit the Monthly Activities Report (Exhibit B-1), Monthly Target Analysis (Exhibit B-1), and the Request for Payment (Exhibit B-2) during the Term and in accordance with the NOFA (Attachment 1), this Agreement, and the Applicable Laws and Regulations (as defined herein).
