Tank Barge definition

Tank Barge means a vessel that carries oil in commercial quantities as cargo but is not equipped with a means of self-propulsion.
Tank Barge means a non-self-propelled vessel constructed or adapted primarily to carry, or that carries, oil or hazardous material in bulk as cargo or cargo residue.
Tank Barge means a non-self-propelled vessel constructed or adapted primarily to carry, or that carries, oil, petrochemicals, sewage, or other noxious liquid substances hazardous material in bulk as cargo or cargo residue.
