T Cells definition

T Cells means a population of CD8+/CD4- αβ T lymphocyte cells.
T Cells means any cytotoxic T lymphocytes that, through receptors found on their cell surface, inherently have the ability to recognize specific peptide antigens presented by major histocompatibility complex molecules and induce programmed cell death of target cells. For clarity, T Cells exclude regulatory or immunosuppressive T cells that generally suppress or downregulate induction and proliferation of effector T cells and maintain tolerance to self-antigens.
T Cells means a T-lymphocyte.
