Service Variation has the meaning attributed to it in paragraph 7.1;
Minor Variations means any modifications reasonably required: (i) to comply with all applicable Legal Requirements and/or to obtain or to comply with any required permit (including the TI Permit); (ii) to comply with any request by Tenant for modifications to Landlord’s Work; (iii) to comport with good design, engineering, and construction practices that are not material; or (iv) to make reasonable adjustments for field deviations or conditions encountered during the construction of Landlord’s Work.
Coefficient of variation or “C” means the ratio of the standard deviation to the mean value of a population of observations. It is estimated using the following equation:
Variation means a change which is instructed by the Engineer/Employer under Sub-Clause 10.1.

Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.
the Variation Agreement means the agreement of which a copy is set out in the Second Schedule.
Variation Form means the form that will be completed and signed by the Parties to effect a Variation which shall be in the form set out in Framework Schedule 19 (Variation Form);
the Second Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Third Schedule;
the First Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set forth in the Second Schedule;
Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.
Variation Agreement means the agreement a copy of which is set out in Schedule 2;
Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;
Basic Comprehensive User Guide means the Ministry document titled Basic Comprehensive Certificates of Approval (Air) User Guide” dated April 2004 as amended.
Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.
Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.
Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS Features) means certain Common Channel Signaling based features available to End Users, including: Automatic Call Back; Call Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
User Manual means the user guide, Help Guide, documentation provided with the Software, updated agreements provided on the website of Quick Heal (xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx), explanatory or other materials as provided from time to time by Quick Heal.
technical specification means a document that prescribes technical requirements to be fulfilled by a product, process or service;
Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.
Project Operations Manual means the manual, satisfactory to the Association, and referred to in Section I.C of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time with agreement of the Association.

Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Supplementary aids and services means aids, services and other supports that are provided in regular education classes or other education-related settings and in extracurricular and nonacademic settings to enable children with disabilities to be educated with children without disabilities to the maximum extent appropriate.
Continuous parameter monitoring system (CPMS means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of the Prevention of Significant Deterioration program, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.
