System Rules and Procedures. The criteria, rules, standards and procedures to be developed pursuant to this Agreement for operation of the System and administration of the transmission and market arrangements under the Tariff and the NEPOOL Agreement. Upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, the CRS and Operating Procedures then in effect shall constitute the System Rules and Procedures until modified, replaced or supplemented pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 6.17.

  • In the event such agreement cannot be reached, Seller or Buyer shall choose mediation, which shall be conducted by the Bucks County Association of Realtors (the “Association”), in accordance with the Association’s Dispute Resolution System Rules and Procedures then in effect.

  • In order for the ISO to achieve the requisite independence to carry out the purposes articulated in the preamble to this Agreement and in this Section, the Parties acknowledge that the ISO must have authority over its budget and the authority to plan for and operate the System in accordance with the System Rules and Procedures promulgated pursuant to the provisions set forth in this Agreement, with the concurrence of the FERC where applicable.

  • Upon the Effective Date of this Agreement, the CRS and Operating Procedures then in effect shall constitute the System Rules and Procedures until modified, replaced or supplemented pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 6.17.

  • The ISO shall serve as the operator of the NEPOOL Control Area and assume responsibility for the continued operation of the NEPOOL Control Center, consistent with the terms of this Agreement, the NEPOOL Agreement and the Tariff, the System Rules and Procedures, Good Utility Practice and applicable laws and regulations.

Related to System Rules and Procedures

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • Operation Procedures means the procedures contained in Annexure A hereto which the Contractor is obliged to follow when performing work on behalf of the company

  • Internal Procedures means in respect of the making of any one or more entries to, changes in or deletions of any one or more entries in the register at any time (including without limitation, original issuance or registration of transfer of ownership) the minimum number of the Warrant Agent’s internal procedures customary at such time for the entry, change or deletion made to be complete under the operating procedures followed at the time by the Warrant Agent, it being understood that neither preparation and issuance shall constitute part of such procedures for any purpose of this definition;

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • Rules of order and procedure means a set of rules that govern and prescribe in a public meeting:
