System Product definition

System Product means Winity use ASIC Product provided by Arise to complete a system verification which can be used for mass production . The system verification contains FPGA verification , firmware verification , protocol/HW integration verification, PCB verification, field application verification. The system can be mobile phone , Digital Still Camera , WLAN, Portable Media Player, PC, Notebook Computer, Ethernet.
System Product means a Product that consists of a Transmission, the associated drivetrain, the enclosed structure (including tower and foundation) and turbine blades.
System Product means an application that is available to all authorized Concurrent or Base Users of the System.

System Product is defined in Section 9.6 of the Agreement.
