System Basis definition
System Basis program for the Project. The report will include the following information:
31 A. Names and number of technicians performing acceptance sampling and testing the 32 Project.
33 B. Number of such technicians evaluated by the program.
34 C. Number of such technicians that had deviations, as determined by the evaluation.
35 D. Summary of how the deviations were addressed, along with any potential systematic 36 solutions to recurring deficiencies.
System Basis is a more effective means of performing independent assurance sampling and testing than performing independent assurance sampling and testing at specified frequencies for a specific project since it ensures that most of the individuals performing acceptance sampling and testing are reviewed and that the same individuals are not continually reviewed.
