Sync Rate definition

Sync Rate means the rate in bits per second (bps) at which the Service can transmit and receive packets; Tariff means Company’s Tariff as may be referred to in the Agreement, associated Statement of Work and applicable Schedules, and as amended from time to time; and
Sync Rate means the rate in bits per second (b/s) at which the Service can transmit and receive packets;

Related to Sync Rate
