SWU Component definition

SWU Component means the amount of effort, measured in separative work units, required to enrich natural uranium hexafluoride (UF6nat) meeting the prevailing ASTM specification for commercial UF6nat to produce enriched uranium hexafluoride (UF6e) meeting the prevailing ASTM specification for commercial UF6e to a specific concentration (“assay”) of the isotope uranium 235 (U235) and depleted uranium hexafluoride “tails material” with a specific assay of U235.
SWU Component means the amount of SWU required to enrich Feed Material to produce Enriched Product with a given Assay, and Tails Material with a given Tails Assay, calculated as shown in Appendix F.
SWU Component means the amount of SWU required to enrich Feed Material to produce Enriched Uranium Product with a given Assay, and Tails Material with a given Tails Assay, as calculated using the most recent version of SWUCalc.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Component means an article, material, or supply incorporated directly into an end product.

  • Class A-1 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Class D Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class D Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Class C Par Value Test means the test which will be satisfied as of any Measurement Date if, on such Measurement Date, the Class C Par Value Ratio is at least equal to the percentage specified in the definition of "Coverage Test".

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.
