SwiftStack Controller definition

SwiftStack Controller means that SwiftStack Software which provides: (i) configuration, management, and monitoring of storage nodes on which the SwiftStack Node Software is installed; and (ii) movement, management and monitoring of data stored in a supported public cloud environment using the Software. SwiftStack Platform means that cloud based service provided byNVIDIA through which, if Customer selects a Deployment Type of As-a-Service, all Software features are delivered.

Related to SwiftStack Controller

  • Controller means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law;

  • Data Controller means an entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
