SWIFT User or "Institution" means an authorised ordering institution (BIC 8) as specified on the (online) ordering form.

SWIFT User means an organization that has been admitted under the SWIFT Corporate Rules as a duly authorized user of the relevant SWIFT service or product.

SWIFT User means an organisation that has been admitted under the SWIFT By-laws as a duly authorised user of the relevant SWIFT service or product. Capitalised terms that are used, but not defined, in this Agreement have the meanings set out in the SWIFT General Terms and Conditions. The SWIFT General Terms and Conditions shall apply mutatis mutandis to this Agreement save to the extent supplemented or varied by this Agreement. The terms of this Agreement shall prevail over any contrary terms set out elsewhere in the Service Documentation. SWIFT undertakes to the Service Administrator that it will use all commercially reasonable efforts to configure and operate the SWIFT Messaging Services in all material respects in accordance with the milestones and time schedule agreed with the Service Administrator and the then current specific service parameters defined by the Service Administrator from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and, more generally, the terms of this Agreement and other Service Documentation to the extent relating directly to the specific arrangements between SWIFT and the Service Administrator in its capacity as Service Administrator. Where the Service Administrator reasonably believes that a milestone agreed with ▇▇▇▇▇ is not met by the planned date, the Service Administrator must promptly give SWIFT notice of why it considers that milestone has not been met otherwise that milestone shall be deemed to have been met as at the planned date. This Agreement sets out the arrangements between SWIFT and the Service Administrator in its capacity as Service Administrator in respect of the configuration and operation of the SWIFT Messaging Services to support access by the Service Participants to the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, this Agreement does not cover the actual provision of the SWIFT Messaging Services that need to be subscribed to by the Service Participants, the Service Administrator Related Participants or the Service Administrator under separate contractual arrangements with ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • It is a condition for the performance of this Agreement that the Customer is a person registered with SWIFT as either a SWIFT User or a SWIFT Partner (as the case may be).

  • If the said SWIFT User Group fails, such dispute, controversy or claim shall be finally settled by Arbitration in Colombo Sri Lanka in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Centre of the Institute for the Development of Commercial Law and Practice in the English language.

Related to SWIFT User

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Network User means a customer or a potential customer of a transmission system operator, and transmission system operators themselves in so far as it is necessary for them to carry out their functions in relation to transmission;
