SWF Project definition

SWF Project means the project extension, set out in Schedule 2 which is to be performed by The University of Queensland and funded by the SWF in accordance with the SWF Funding Agreement.

Examples of SWF Project in a sentence

  • If there is inconsistency between the SWF Project component of this Project Agreement and the Participants Agreement, in each case the SWF Funding Agreement will prevail.

  • Parties acknowledge that any SWF Project BIP made available by The University of Queensland to the SWF Project is not provided in accordance with the Participants Agreement.

Related to SWF Project

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan;

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Solar PV Project means the solar Photo Voltaic Power project that uses sunlight for direct conversion into electricity through Photo Voltaic technology.
