Sustained Objection definition

Sustained Objection means the Bankruptcy Court’s sustaining of any objection by any Person, or any objection raised by the Bankruptcy Court sua sponte, to (i) the Additional Purchaser Commitment under the Third Amendment or (ii) the distribution to holders of Interests (as defined in the Plan) in Class J (as defined in the Plan) under Article III of the Plan.”
