Supporting Members definition

Supporting Members means those Persons that have been admitted as Supporting Members of the Society in accordance with these Bylaws and that have not ceased to be Supporting Members;
Supporting Members is defined in the Recitals.

Examples of Supporting Members in a sentence

  • In the event that this agreement is terminated, following payment of all amounts due under the agreement, the balance of funds will be retained by MPIL (the future use of the funds will be at the sole discretion of the MPIL and the Supporting Members of the MPG.

  • The Supporting Members (Fördernde Mitglieder) of the Max-▇▇▇▇▇▇-Gesellschaft zur Förderung der Wissenschaften e.V. will be invited to the awarding ceremony and be informed about the activities within the framework of the project.

  • All Supporting Members shall have the right to voluntarily resign or otherwise withdraw from the Company upon written notice to the Secretary.

  • In the event that a quorum does not exist at an annual meeting of the Supporting Members, the then serving Board officers shall retain their respective positions until such time as a meeting of the Supporting Members can be called at which there is a quorum to vote upon new Board officers.

  • Supporting Members shall have the right to elect the officers and to participate in the charitable purposes of the Company.

  • This Agreement and all of its provisions shall terminate and be of no further force or effect upon the earliest of (a) the Expiration Time, (b) the liquidation of the Company and (c) the written agreement of the Supporting Members, the Purchaser, and the Company.

  • Supporting Members may attend and participate in the HCC, and may join at any time by signing a Statement of Participation, mentioned here by reference only.

  • Supporting Members shall not have any rights to participate in management or to any distributions (whether from operating income or in dissolution) of assets of the Company.
