Supporting Docu- mentation sufficient information in writing to enable the Authority to reasona- ▇▇▇ verify the accuracy of any invoice; “Tax” a. all forms of tax whether direct or indirect; b. national insurance contributions in the United Kingdom and similar contributions or obligations in any other jurisdiction; c. all statutory, governmental, state, federal, provincial, local government or municipal charges, duties, imports, contributions. levies or liabilities (other than in return for goods or services supplied or performed or to be performed) and withholdings; and d. any penalty, fine, surcharge, interest, charges or costs relating to any of the above, in each case wherever chargeable and whether of the United King- dom and any other jurisdiction;

  • Software means any computer software programs, including all source code, object code, and documentation related thereto and all software modules, tools and databases.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.
