Support Options definition

Support Options means the description for the particular Support option referred to in the Order Acknowledgement that nCipher has agreed to make available to Customer;
Support Options means an option to purchase shares of Support common stock and any other securities, rights or instruments of Support that are or could be convertible or exchangeable for Support common stock or otherwise could result in the issuance of Support common stock, but which are issuable upon payment of an exercise price, whether cashless or otherwise (or similar mechanic).
Support Options means the description for the particular Support option referred to in the Order Acknowledgement that Entrust has agreed to make available to Customer.

Examples of Support Options in a sentence

  • Support Services for Software are available for separate purchase and the Support Options are identified at the Product Notice.

  • Customer shall pay the fees set out in an exhibit attached hereto or a Quote including Personalized Support Options annually in advance.

  • Customers who pay for Enhanced Support Coverage, and who are current on payment of Maintenance Services fees, may purchase the Personalized Support Options described herein at an additional fee and as ordered in a Quote, Schedule, or Customer Purchase Order, and such personalized support options may be subject to additional terms located in a Service Brief, SOW or similar document.

  • HP System Support Options are not a substitute for any formal training offered by HP.

  • Any services involving hardware, software or network-related problems not covered by the HP System Support Options service ordered will be subject to HP's standard service rates.

  • All Products covered by HP System Support Options must be interconnected by cables or connectors listed in the appropriate HP documentation as compatible with the CPU.

  • All Products that constitute the minimum system configuration must be covered at the same HP System Support Options service level.

Support Options. Coverage parameters specific to the service(s) covered in this Agreement are as follows. Timezone applicable is EST:  Free email support: Monitored 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday. Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day.  Paid telephone support: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday – Friday. Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer/action the call, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day.
