Support and Training definition

Support and Training means the obligations of Provider to support Customer in their use of the Services, as defined in any Order Form.

Examples of Support and Training in a sentence

  • A primary mechanism through which CSAs serve this function is as the provider of Intensive Care Coordination and Family Support and Training Services, which are defined as a BH Service.

  • PalmSource’s technical support obligations under Section 8.1 (Development Support and Training) shall terminate within twelve (12) consecutive months after the release of a New Version, Upgrade or Update with respect to the prior version of the applicable PS Licensed Product.

  • Licensee shall provide to PalmSource a written, detailed product specification for each Licensee Product released by Licensee after the Original Execution Date, prior to receiving any development support and training services (as described in Section 8 (Support and Training) below) to facilitate development support.

  • For engineering work that Licensee may require from a third party with respect to the Licensee Products, beyond the standard development support provided by PalmSource pursuant to Section 8.1 (Development Support and Training) above, Licensee agrees to consider in good faith soliciting a bid for such engineering work from PalmSource.

  • To the extent that Licensee is unable to obtain Bluetooth SIG Certification due to the PS Bluetooth Software, PalmSource will correct the PS Bluetooth Software in accordance with its support obligations under Sections 8.1 (Development Support and Training) and 8.2 (Customer Engineering) below.

  • Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative Services (CBHI Services) – any of the following services: Intensive Care Coordination (ICC), Family Support and Training, In-Home Behavioral Services (including Behavior Management Therapy and Behavior Management Monitoring) and Therapeutic Mentoring Services, In-Home Therapy Services (including Therapeutic Clinical Intervention and Ongoing Therapeutic Training and Support), and Mobile Crisis Intervention.

  • AccessData’s cumulative liability to Customer or any other party for any loss or damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including the Use of Licensed Products or the performance of services (including implementation, Support and Training), shall not exceed the license fee paid to AccessData hereunder in the twelve (12) months preceding the first claim.

Related to Support and Training

  • Skilled and trained workforce means a workforce that meets all of the following conditions:

  • Skills training means systematic skill building through curriculum-based psychoeducational and cognitive-behavioral interventions. These interventions break down complex objectives for role performance into simpler components, including basic cognitive skills such as attention, to facilitate learning and competency.

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to develop an awareness of the environment in which they live, and learn the skills necessary to move effectively and safely from place to place within that environment (e.g., in school, in the home, at work, and in the community).

  • Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.
