Supplied Items definition

Supplied Items means the Product or precursors or components thereof. “Territory” means worldwide, subject to the provisions of Section 5.5.3.

  • Cardiome will not export or permit exportation of any part of the Supplied Items or any related technical data or any direct product of any related technical data, outside of the United States without obtaining SteadyMed’s prior written consent and any required written permission, license, or approval to do so from the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or other appropriate governmental agencies of the United States.

  • The purchase price of the VESSEL is United States Dollars Thirty Million Five Hundred and Fifty Thousand (US$30,550,000.00) cash only, net receivable by the SELLER (hereinafter called the “Contract Price”), which is exclusive of the price for the BUYER’s Supplied Items as provided in Article V hereof, and shall be subject to upward or downward adjustment, if any, as hereinafter set forth in this Contract.

  • Should the BUYER fail to deliver to the BUILDER such BUYER's Supplied Items within the time specified, the delivery of the VESSEL shall automatically be extended for a period of such delay, provided such delay in delivery of the BUYER's Supplied Items shall affect the delivery of the VESSEL.

Supplied Items shall refer to (1) the goods that are purchased in the United States and exported to China under the Procurement Contract and fixed in the Procurement List and/or (2) the services from the United States that are performed under the procurement Contract and fixed in the Procurement List. Its composition is determined by the Foreign Lending Bank.
