A Supplemental Schedule A is defined as a Supplemental Agreement which revises only the Schedule A of a prior Agreement or Supplemental Agreement.
In the event Project cost estimates increase over the amounts provided for in Schedule A, no additional ▇▇▇▇- bursement shall be due to the Municipality/Sponsor unless the parties enter into a Supplemental Agreement or Supplemental Schedule A for reimbursement of additional Eligible Project Costs.
