Supplemental Filing definition

Supplemental Filing means the December 19, 1997 Supplemental Filing to the Comprehensive Proposal to Restructure the New York Wholesale Electric Market in FERC Docket Nos. ER97-1523-000, OA97-470-000, and ER97-4234-000.
Supplemental Filing means the notification and request for approval in the supplemental testimony filing made in Virginia State Corporation Commission Case No. PUR-2023-00195 to begin projecting rate base, depreciation expense, and certain other related costs into the rate year in future revenue requirements for Rider OSW for any future filing with respect to same subject matter.
Supplemental Filing means the filing made by the NYPP Member Systems with FERC on December 19, 1997, in Docket Nos. ER97-1523-000 and OA97-470-000.

Related to Supplemental Filing

  • Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.

  • Additional Filing Date means the date on which the Additional Registration Statement is filed with the SEC.

  • UCC Filing Authorization Letter means a letter duly executed by each Loan Party authorizing the Collateral Agent to file appropriate financing statements on Form UCC-1 without the signature of such Loan Party in such office or offices as may be necessary or, in the opinion of the Collateral Agent, desirable to perfect the security interests purported to be created by each Security Agreement and each Mortgage.

  • Governmental Filings means all filings, including franchise and similar tax filings, and the payment of all fees, assessments, interests and penalties associated with such filings with all Governmental Authorities.

  • RoC Filing means the date on which the Prospectus is filed with the RoC and dated in terms of Section 32(4) of the Companies Act, 2013;
