Sun Contract definition

Sun Contract means the Geripsych Consulting Agreement dated as of October 1, 1995 between Seller Parent and Seller Sub, on the one hand, and Sun Healthcare Group, Inc. and Sunrise Healthcare Corporation (collectively, the "Sun Parties"), on the other hand.
