Successor Distribution definition

Successor Distribution means a distribution of Registrable Shares by a TPG Sponsor Entity to its members after the date hereof.

Related to Successor Distribution

  • Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) is a second frame that augments an existing Main Distribution Frame. Lines or outside cables do not terminate on the IDF.

  • Income Distribution shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (A), below, unless the Prospectus provides for the averaging of income distributions, in which case, "Income Distribution" shall be shall be calculated as set forth in subparagraph (B), below.
