Teachers will be notified of any changes to the aforementioned draft schedules/caseloads, in writing, as soon as possible. Goal Tracking: Goal tracking systems for special education students shall be mutually developed by the special education teacher and the case manager in accordance with CPS guidelines. Goal tracking systems shall be individually tailored accounting for the student’s particular needs.
