Subsidiary thereof means (i) in the ordinary course of business of, or in furtherance of an objective that is in the ordinary course of business of the Parent or such Subsidiary, as applicable, (ii) generally consistent with the past or current practice of the Parent or such Subsidiary, as applicable, or any other jurisdiction in which the Parent or any Subsidiary does business, as applicable, or (iii) customary and usual in the industry or industries of the Parent and its Subsidiaries in the United States or any other jurisdiction in with the Parent or any Subsidiary does business, as applicable.

  • Neither any Loan Party nor any Subsidiary thereof is party to any tax sharing agreement.

  • If the Company shall so direct, Securities registered in the name of the Company, any Affiliate or any Subsidiary thereof shall not be included in the Securities selected for redemption.
