Subscription Model means an AdvancedMD pricing model, as indicated on an Order Form(s), which may apply individually with respect to any product or module constituting part of the Hosted Programs or Third Party Services, or to a bundled group of products or modules, pursuant to which Client or a Permitted Entity, as the case may be, is assessed a fixed monthly or other periodic fee (which may change from time to time) for each period of use of such product or modules (or functionality contained therein).

Subscription Model means our monthly subscription model whereby our customers pay a fixed price to post real estate listings for a month-long period.

Examples of Subscription Model in a sentence

• As regards the duration of this Agreement: in the case of the Perpetual Model, the term of this Agreement is perpetual; in the case of the Subscription Model, the term of this Agreement ends upon the lapse of the Subscription Period.

• Unless (i) the Customer is provided with the Software edition Xperience Enterprise, (ii) the Customer is provided with the Software in Subscription Model with the Subscription Period not longer than three (3) months, or (iii) the source code of the Software has been disclosed to the Customer in full, the Customer is entitled to withdraw from this Agreement without cause by written notice delivered to the Provider within thirty (30) days of the Delivery Date.

• In the case of the Subscription Model, the Provider provides the Maintenance continually during whole term of this Agreement.

• If the Customer licenses the Software under the Subscription Model, the Customer may reduce the number of Active Users in accordance with section 17.1 below.

• Once a subscription under either the PC Subscription Model or Portable Subscription Model has been terminated or canceled, the licenses are automatically deactivated and downloaded songs can no longer be played.

• The Axis Subscription Model as set out in the Axis General License Agreement applies to this license of AXIS Camera Station Pro.

• Portable Subscription Model will continue to be accessible as long as the subscriber’s subscription to the Service via the Embarq Portal is valid and their DRM license has been updated.

• Songs selected on a PC Subscription Model or Portable Subscription Model basis can be streamed for immediate listening, or can be downloaded to a subscriber’s hard drive for play-back later while off-line.

• Each Party agrees to work with the other to design, develop and commence operation of the Planning System and to provide any Deliverables relating to the Planning System for which it responsible pursuant to the Development Schedule, which is attached as Exhibit A and the parties shall mutually develop a schedule for future applications including but not limited to the Planning Application Subscription Model, which shall be appended as Exhibits hereto.
