Subscriber Count definition

Subscriber Count means the total number of Subscribers, subject to the limitations in this definitional paragraph. For Prodigy Classic, multiple User Identifications associated with one Subscriber will count as one Subscriber in the Subscriber Count. For Prodigy Internet, multiple User Identifications associated with one Subscriber will count as one Subscriber in the Subscriber Count, provided only one such User Identification per Subscriber can access the Service at any one time. A Subscriber to both Prodigy Classic and Prodigy Internet under the "Prodigy Combo Plan" will count as one Subscriber in the Subscriber Count. Any Subscriber who is not capable of accessing the Service shall not be counted in the Subscriber Count.

  • In the event that the Subscriber Estimate provided by Seller at Closing is less than 16,650 and Buyer elects to proceed to Closing, and the Final Subscriber Count is less than the Subscriber Estimate, then Buyer shall be entitled to a further Purchase Price reduction equal to $1237.00 multiplied by the difference between the Subscriber Estimate and the Final Subscriber Count notwithstanding the limitation on the EBS Adjustment Amount set forth above.

  • Subscriber Data means all data, information and other content provided by or on behalf of Subscriber to the Service, including that which the Account Users input or upload to the Service.

  • Subscriber Management System means a system or device which stores the subscriber records and details with respect to name, address and other information regarding the hardware being utilized by the subscriber, channels or bouquets of channels subscribed by the subscriber, price of such channels or bouquets of channels as defined in the system, the activation or deactivation dates and time for any channel or bouquets of channels, a log of all actions performed on a subscriber’s record, invoices raised on each subscriber and the amounts paid or discount allowed to the subscriber for each billing period, and which complies with the requirements as set out under Annexure D of this Agreement;

  • DTC/FAST Program means the DTC’s Fast Automated Securities Transfer Program.

  • Trading Account means the unique personified registration system of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions, Orders and deposit/withdrawal transactions in the Trading Platform.

  • Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.
