Submit to Arbitration definition

Submit to Arbitration means a letter to the Labor Relations Connection and copied simultaneously to the Office of Labor Relations, postage prepaid, postmarked within the specified time limits.

Submit to Arbitration means a demand for arbitration and a list of three (3) arbitrators, selected from the parties list as defined in Article 7 section 4(a), is filed with the American Arbitration Association, within the specified time limits.

Examples of Submit to Arbitration in a sentence

  • Where a difference arises between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement, including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable, either party may, after exhausting the grievance procedure in Article 8 (Complaint and Grievance Procedure), notify the other party of its desire to submit the difference to arbitration as per Clause 8.8 (Time Limit to Submit to Arbitration).
