Object Code means computer software, substantially or entirely in binary form, which is intended to be directly executable by a computer after suitable processing and linking but without the intervening steps of compilation or assembly.
Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;
Executable Code means the fully compiled version of a software program that can be executed by a computer and used by an end user without further compilation.
Sample Code means sample source code included with the Software and designated as “sample code,” “samples,” “sample application code,” “stencils,” “app templates,” and/or “snippets,” and/or found in directories labeled “samples” or “examples”.
Procurement Code means §§ 13-1-28 to 13-1-199 NMSA 1978. “Public School Finance Act” means §§ 22-8-1 to 22-8-49 NMSA 1978. “Secretary” means the cabinet secretary of the Department.
