Subject Card definition

Subject Card means any Card with a Cardholder Account may not be loaded with additional value following the initial load of value to the Cardholder Account against which a maintenance fee is not assessed at any time.

  • Smart Card means a Debit Card that has an embedded integrated circuit that can process data and protect the cardholder from fraudulent use.

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Replacement Card means a renewal or replacement Card issued to you by us;

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Brand name specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.
