Subgroup 1 Net WAC Rate. With respect to the Subgroup 1 Certificates and any Distribution Date and the related Interest Accrual Period, a per annum rate (subject to adjustment based on the actual number of days elapsed in the related Interest Accrual Period) equal to the difference between (A) the weighted average of the Loan Rates of the Subgroup 1 Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the related Stated Principal Balances as of such date (subject to adjustment for prepayments received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date) and (B) the sum of (1) the Servicing Fee Rate for the Subgroup 1 Mortgage Loans and (2) the LPA Fee Rate for the Subgroup 1 Mortgage Loans and (3) the Subgroup 1 Net Trust Swap Payment for such Distribution Date multiplied by a fraction, the numerator of which is 12, and the denominator of which is equal to the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Subgroup 1 Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (subject to the adjustment for prepayments received and distributed in the month prior to that Distribution Date).
