  • Contractor System means the information and communications technology system used by the Contractor in performing the Services including the Software, the Contractor Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Authority System).

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues. See Form D.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Subcontractor means any individual or entity (including a subcontractor of a subcontractor) that enters a contract with the Contractor to perform part or all of the obligations of Contractor under this Contract.
