Sub-licence definition

Sub-licence means the non-exclusive perpetual private and commercial licence to view and broadcast the Asset and to print any digital image embedded in the Asset (including each frame of a video file) on any media (including without limitation, canvas, T-shirt, mug, gadget, or any other collectible or memorabilia) for private or commercial purposes and the right to take legal action against any person who is acting in any way beyond the licence granted to such person in respect of the Asset. And the Licensor agrees that there shall not be any other licence identical to the Sub Licence being issued, making the Sub Licence the only one of its kind, in perpetuity.
Sub-licence means a sub-licence to engage in specified petroleum operations on land or in a marine area issued in accordance with this Act and the Regulations;
Sub-licence has the meaning given to that expression in recital (B) to this Agreement. In this Agreement: a reference to any gender includes a reference to other genders; the singular includes the plural and vice versa; the words “include” and cognate expressions shall be construed as if they were immediately followed by the words “without limitation”; references to any statutory provision include a reference to that provision as modified, replaced, amended and/or re-enacted from time to time (before or after the date of this Agreement) and any prior or subsequent subordinate legislation made under it; headings are included for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Agreement; and references to Clauses are to clauses of this Agreement.

Sub-licence has the meaning given to that expression in recital (B) to this Agreement.
