Sub-council definition

Sub-council means a metropolitan sub-council referred to in Section 62 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act No 117 of 1998. "Temporary signs" means signs which are displayed for a maximum period of 14 days, or such other period as may be approved by the Municipality. "Thickness" in relation to a projecting sign, means the width of such sign measured parallel to the plane of the main wall to which such sign is affixed.
