Study(ies) definition

Study(ies) means any research project approved by the Executive Committee.
Study(ies) means report, in written or electronic form, on investigations, tests, or other examinations (excluding or including vertebrate animals), which relate to intrinsic Substance(s) properties or to the exposure assessment and risk characterisation in the Chemical Safety Report, and as such are of relevance for registration pursuant to the Reach Regulation; these also include Study Summaries and Robust Study Summaries of the reports.
Study(ies) means the work performed by the Principal Investigators and the Extramural Investigator(s) in connection with the Protocol(s).

Study(ies) has the meaning set forth in Appendix 5 of this Agreement.

Related to Study(ies)

  • Study means the investigation to be conducted in accordance with the Protocol.

  • Clinical means having a significant relationship, whether real or potential, direct or indirect, to the actual rendering or outcome of dental care, the practice of dentistry, or the quality of dental care being rendered to a patient;

  • Clinical Studies means human clinical trials for a Licensed Product and any other tests and studies for a Licensed Product in human subjects.

  • Studies means activities needed to prepare project implementation, such as preparatory, mapping, feasibility, evaluation, testing and validation studies, including in the form of software, and any other technical support measure, including prior action to define and develop a project and decide on its financing, such as reconnaissance of the sites concerned and preparation of the financial package;

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means any and all activities undertaken at any time for a particular Licensed Product and that relate to the manufacturing, marketing, promoting, distributing, importing or exporting for sale, offering for sale, and selling of the Licensed Product, and interacting with Regulatory Authorities regarding the foregoing.
