Study year definition

Study year means the calendar year immediately before the year in which the most recent terms of reference related to the source protection area was required to be submitted to the Minister in accordance with section 10 of the Act;
Study year means the academic level of the year of study; for example, first year, second year or third year of a particular programme.
Study year means that twelve-month period beginning annually on January 1.

Study year means the academic level of the studies for which students are registered, e.g. first academic year, second academic year or third academic year, of a particular programme.
Study year means each calendar year from the first day of the student’s first term on the award they are currently registered on.

  • Phase 1 Clinical Trial means a Clinical Trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of normal volunteers and/or patients that is designed to establish that such Product is safe for its intended use and to support its continued testing in Phase 2 Clinical Trials. For purposes of this Agreement, ‘initiation’ of a Phase 1 Clinical Trial for a Product means the first dosing of such Product in a human subject in a Phase 1 Clinical Trial.

  • Phase III Study means a human clinical trial that is prospectively designed to demonstrate statistically whether a product is safe and effective for use in humans in a manner sufficient to obtain regulatory approval to market such product in patients having the disease or condition being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(c) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.

  • Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.
