Structured learning experience definition

Structured learning experience means as defined in N.J.A.C. 6A:19-1.2.
Structured learning experience. (SLE) means experiential, supervised, in- depth learning experiences that are designed to offer interns the opportunity to more fully explore career interests.
Structured learning experience means experiential, supervised educational activities linked to the Core Curriculum Content Standards and designed to provide students with exposure to the requirements and responsibilities of specific job titles or job groups, and to assist them in gaining employment skills and making career and educational decisions. A structured learning experience may be either paid or unpaid, depending on the type of activities in which the student is involved.

  • Teaching Experience means experience in which the licensed teacher is actually instructing pupils in a classroom set- ting on a continuous basis.

  • Specific learning disability (SLD) means a heterogeneous group of conditions wherein there is a deficit in processing language, spoken or written, that may manifest itself as a difficulty to comprehend, speak, read, write, spell, or to do mathematical calculations and includes such conditions as perceptual disabilities, dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia and developmental aphasia.

  • Distance learning means any education process based on the geographical separation of student and instructor. “Distance learning” includes computer-generated programs, webinars, and home-study/correspondence programs.

  • Learning Programme means a programme of education and/or training delivered by the Provider under this Agreement;

  • Business Contact Information means the names, mailing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of a party’s personnel, officers and directors and, with respect to Client, such information regarding Client’s vendors and customers that Accenture may have access to in maintaining the parties’ business relationship.
