Structural Life definition

Structural Life means in relation to a Facility, the period during which it is economically viable to continue to maintain a Facility rather than replace it with a new Facility, as reasonably determined by the Operator in accordance with Industry Standards. Suitable Third Party has the meaning given in clause 25.4(b).
Structural Life means the period over which a structure is expected to continue to perform its basic functions, even at a reduced level, and is a measure of the useful life of a disposal structure.
